Well I've never tried LOWERING the Admins access, however, it seems someone 
definitely DID delete the Admin account.  See, the way the server was setup, 
someone set it up so everyone logs in with NETX still (bindery mode), and it 
was all managed through syscon and half through netadmin.  Bottom line is no 
one knew what the heck they were doing when setting this thing up.
