I will try to make a some new husky 1.4-stable why nltools
nlupdate-1.4-stable and htick 1.4 windows have some errors and they not
like windows 7 right so much and crashing by runs.
I will make them with cygwin on windows 7 self if I am a linux user.
I will start with nlupdate 1.4 stable and make a nlupd.exe 1.4-stable-rc8
then go on to htick as the htick-1.4-rc6/7 comes with securit violation in
htick process and toss and files in temp directory not been deleted and
just filling up and htick 1.4 is crashing for windows 7.

Then will the other husky files and programs been made and tested locally.

Is the a way and link to get the latest sources and static sources for
husky to sourceforge, so I getting the real latest update for husky files
by cygwin.

I have the cvs newest updates on my linux system bt could need to get them
via cygwin commands.
