     The BBS that feeds ElseWhere had a problem and was tossing bad messages 
to us - he didn't notice it till I brought the possibility to his attention 
and he said so many areas were messed up that he just fixed 'em all.  In th 
midst of this, we were getting a message or two a day in this echo.
     We also had an internal problem that I *THINK* I have repaired except 
the NetMail area is still iffy and only works with the TimEd editor.
