Don't worry 'bout it, I jerked the chain on this end too, some of us
take those things rather personal since we have put our time and energy
into getting our own systems running. I don't care what package you use,
this web stuff is not all cut and dried - one size fits all, everyone
gets a chance to troubleshoot and research, it's all part of the
learning process that makes us administrators.

I know the frustration, but patience and a passion for adventure in this
business is a virtue.
