Life of Brian was banned in Aberystwyth Wales back in 1979.  The ban
has finally been lifted, and the film will receive a charity showing on
28 March.  Terry Jones and Michael Palin plan to attend.

Interestingly, the person behind the campaign to cancel the ban is the
current Aberystwyth mayor, Ms. Sue Jones-Davies.  She played the role
of Judith Iscariot in Life of Brian.
