Possible scam alert, here.

I got the following unsolicited e-mail and when I checked it out with
a keyword search I got only two hits.  One of them at the Michigan
Better Business Bureau.  The upshot of it is: both FedEx and UPS
allow clients to track packages through their respective websites and
to file for refunds.  UPS in fact has a policy that won't allow for
third party filing of refund requests.  While this person appears to
be trying to build a client base, the software is also available for
Home Office users; at $77.00 U.S. a crack.
