| subject: | Fwd: DO YOU USE FED EX OR UPS? |
Possible scam alert, here. I got the following unsolicited e-mail and when I checked it out with a keyword search I got only two hits. One of them at the Michigan Better Business Bureau. The upshot of it is: both FedEx and UPS allow clients to track packages through their respective websites and to file for refunds. UPS in fact has a policy that won't allow for third party filing of refund requests. While this person appears to be trying to build a client base, the software is also available for Home Office users; at $77.00 U.S. a crack.
