I think that the Govt should mandate that people have to purchase left
handed smoke shifters..

Why do you defend the Govt mandating that people have to purchase something or else?

Why do you slam the Judge, considering that if his decision came down the
opposite, you would be singing his praises??

Consider what you said about him, now what if he ruled the other way??????????

Just imagine how sick a nation we would be if Judges ALWAYS ruled in favor
of one ideology?
