Nope.. you can lower Admin rights, of course you can. It's an account as all
the others.
You can also create an admin in root to take care of all the upper levels of
the NDS and several admin objects for the containers in the lower levels. If
you use the masks you can stop the root admin's rights where you want.
This would be for a non-centralized administration.
Just don't try unless you have another with supervisor rights in the root
object.
