        Okay this is a different case.
        You MUST have 1.200-02 installed to get up to the 1.300-xx 
        code.
        You also MUST have the 2.x version of the flasher to get
        from 1.200-02 to 1.300-xx (the 3.x version of the flasher
        is silly and only works going between 1.300-xx releases or
        getting back down from 1.440-xx releases).  The current
        archives for the PC on the BBS and FTP site have BOTH
        flasher versions.  The FL_120UP.EXE is the one you'll 
        need to use.
