| subject: | BW Shortcut in Vista |
Hello Tika, nice talking to you !
TC> Nope. Meant Windows. I don't have Office.
So, this is why you can not see my problem, it is solely
associated with the shortcut bar in Office 2K.
TC> A trial version of Office 2007 or something like that was on my
TC> computer when I got it from the factory. But I deleted it and put OO
TC> on. :) Though I can get the trial back if I reinstall to factory
TC> defaults.
I did the same here on my new Acer as keeping O7K running
would have meant some $$$ after the trial period. I already have a
legal CD of O2K so I installled it instead.
TC> As for Windows Vista, it's doing fine on my laptop too. I actually
TC> like it. I haven't had any more problems with it than I did with Win XP
TC> Pro SP2.
I have Vista Home basic, no Aero, it runs like XPP SP2 with
different colours and such. I was tempted to go up one grade, to
Home Premium but why ???
... Who said that no sigline could be done here.
... We are having fun !
