While tripping merrily through the mail, Lori Harvey was overheard

It's Federally mandated "reformulated fuel", and since our Governor in one
of his few mistakes, "caved" to pressure from Archer-Daniels-Midland to
almost outlaw the MBTE(?) fuel (Amoco "Ultimate" is the only one still sold
here, and I can't afford that) and only allow fuel that's 10% ethanol (so
in effect yes, we are forced to use "gasohol").
