Hmmm ... so ... since you have not received the official Z4-version of the
nodelist and as a consequence can not determine eligibility of RCs to present
candidates, how do you explain inviting RC80 for Brazil and RC90 for Argentina
to put forward candidates in the FTSC-election ... after all, you don't know
they are listed in 305?
