Region 88 is not listed in the Zone 1, 2, or 3 version of the nodelist.

RC status for purposes of the election is determined by NODELIST.305 as 
published by each ZC.  I have not yet received a copy of the ZC4 version of 
the nodelist.  When/if I do, assuming Region 88 is listed, RC88 will be 
welcome to participate in the nomination and voting process.
