it tells /everyone/ that if they do not pass thru the filter... even
whitehouse.gov and many major ISPs... i dunno how much spam and junk email
you've dealt with over the years... i've dealt with way too much and don't
mince words about it at all... you know that... its not like i'm running a
commercial setup with a bunch of clients and such... i don't have to be
nice about things in my errorcodes if i don't want to... you do the same
with the elist, right? ;)
