Sounds good Deon!  The FTSC is largely quiet but new members with thoughts like
yours have sparked interesting conversations, if only to help address how some
of the documents are normally implemented.  Today with more implementations, it
can be challanging to figure out what was intended.

Take an interesting one, total size of message.  Most systems today can handle
longer ones but when you run into a really old one, they can truncate
(sometimes without leaving something to tell you it did so).

Then there is the  ever present debate on MSGIDs.
