There are a couple of differences. When you are using my wrap-around
program, the date times on your replies are mangled *WHILE* you are
reading them in your reply packet. They get corrected when that reply
packet is saved for uploading -- but will get corrupted again if you
open the *.REP again. Then they get corrected again, etc.

I think that there are other things relating to date/time that appear
normal while reading messages if you are using Richard Backus' patch,
but appear messed up if you are using my wrap-around.

Also, when you finally upload your reply messages to the BBS, they
will have a date/time based on when you last closed that REP packet
*and* each reply will have a time which is one minute after the
previous one. With Backus Normal Form (sorry, the devil made me do
that -- a ghost from an old computer class), the time stamp is fixed
  when you first reply.

In this packet you had three messages in this echo. The time stamp
between the first and second was two minutes. Hence I don't think
you were using my wrap-around program.
