I found that one when I was looking at the available calls for District 5.

I started a list of preferred calls, then found that K5RXT was available.
That surprised me, but it became mine soon after.

More recently, I found (KF5OYO) someone talking about that call on a blog,
who made claim to it, but too late. It was already mine. Apparently the
person who had it died in 1980 and nobody claimed the call for 30+ years.

I suppose. I had a typing class in high school (c1959) but lost the 60wpm
skills soon after. It all came back when I aquired my first PC in 1980...

What slows me down sometimes is having to think of how to present what I'm
saying at the same time as doing the typing. 8^) I've aquired better
English grammar skills since marrying an English teacher...
