Can you import that part of your msged.cfg which includes the helpfile
statement, for example...

Helpfile   msged.hlp

...and also make sure that you are calling your helpfile with the SAME
filename, and that it also resides in your msged directory?

I know it's obvious, but we all make mistakes occasionally.  |-)
