But think how much faster it would get to the table if you used instant 
rice. :)

Do you know how these places such as "Pick Up Stiks" cook their rice?  Or 
for that matter, how about any chinese place - do they use instant or long 
cook stuff?

In truth, I really can't tell the difference from the stuff we brought home 
from Stik yesterday - rice is rice to me.  :)
