Both of the Madonna stamps I have seen this year have "Christmas" on them.
Neither of the Santa stamps that I have seen do.  I would guess there are
some people here who celebrate "Santa" with their kids that don't believe
in Christmas.  They probably don't purchase Madonna stamps.

Ours are not reduced rate.  I am not sure if they make holiday post card
stamps (which are reduced rate) or not.
