I used to dream of owning a Johnson Viking antenna tuner but never did
buy one.
The only experience I've had with a antenna tuner was with one aboard
Ship when I was in the Navy.
IIRC, it only had one knob and a meter, (and probably a switch???).
It was inline between a SRT Transmitter and a Discone antenna.
It was real easy to use, just twist the knob and watch the meter for
when the needle dipped.
... If you take a laptop for a run, you could jog your memory.
