There are still a few that are just that basic. We opted for one with the
ability to get electricity and water into it...my husband and I drank enough
instant coffee in 12 years of tent camping and we were ready for real coffee!

A lot of folks call that camping. I call it "RV'ing" or, at the very least, a
portable motel room.

Tis not really the season, here, tho I have picked up a few new ones over the
past month. Those mostly replaced the end of school year quitters, tho. The
season for new students is usually at the beginning of the school year:
August, September, and October.
