It would be easier with structures,but it depends how big you expect it to
grow.Searching through structs would take longer than single items.
If you have one file each for each language, you only have to find the one
item in one file, and fseek to the same record number in the other.
On the other hand you'll have to do a bit more housekeeping with two files.
You'd also have the option to add other language dictionaries at a later
time with ease, when using multiple files.
