Most twit filters work on the 'from' field, not the 'to' field.  If one
doesn't want to see anything *from* Joe Blow it doesn't make a lot
of sense to delete messages *to* Joe Blow.  While it's possible a
twit filter may delete on both fields, I don't know of any tht do - I
do know that 'killtwit' doesn't, but I haven't used it in years.
