BK>> BA> Who profits? The union. There's no reason for anyone
BK>> BA> other than a union member or sympathizer to do it.
BK>> A: A company flack trying to make the union look bad. A short

BK>> B: Some vandal, getting a thrill.
TW> Speaking of UNION GOONS what about hte Saturn example. When
TW> hte Saturn was in concept GM made a deal with the Unions
TW> and gained Concessions alowing a high Quality Car.
TW> And as long as those "Concessions" werer in effect it WAS.
And the company allowed the workers to stop the line if they
found defects. Then the company recinded that rule.
TW> In face se ealr Years the Saturn, basicly the Lowest priced
TW> GM product, was rated HIGHER in Quanity then the Cadallac
TW> Eldrado, THE most Exepnsive GM car. When production out
Yep, it was. And on the level of imports.
TW> grew the origional Factory GM asled the union to continue
TW> the Concessions. THEY REFUSED and today the Saturn is
TW> nothing more then a typical piece of GM Crap. Bettewr then
TW> a UNION Built Chrysler Product but still a Fall from
TW> greatness in quality.
Which you seem to actually believe has something to do with
union concessions. Tell me just what those concessions were.
Tell me just where the union had any authority to reduce
quality.
Quality went down because management decided it was more
profitable. Then they blamed the union. Quality is always a
management perogative.
TW> Now I wonder WHY that is so. I have a clue but I am sure
TW> you DO NOT!!! :-) :-)
I'm sure you do not either. I'm sure it was *NOT* because the
union made the company reduce quality.
It was a management decision.
