That's what I guessed.  :)  Now with the navy kicking out the career 
seaman, it can only get worse.

I don't know if you paid any attention to my post about when I was in 
Japan, 1952, all the mess cooking and barracks cleaning was done by 
Japanese.

I'm sure that wasn't the case during your tours, but did you ever hear any 
of the old timers talk about those days?
