No. Let me illustrate. I have written several .TIC processing programs.
Suppose the location of the source file directory is I:\IM\FILE and
the target location for moving the files is  I:\WC40\PROGS.
If the TIC program is run on the local drive, PB has no problem
finding both the source and target directories. If, on the other
hand, the program is run from the network, PB crashes with error
76 Path Not Found messages.  This phenomenon occurs under Novell 3.12.
