May I remind you all, that in the opening paragraphs to the EDUCATOR
guidelines it clearly states:

or no less than persons in other professions are off-topic.)

Please note the last three lines of the above paragraph, which clearly 
indicate
that comparisons between teaching and other professions are off-topic. We've
been down that road before, and accomplished nothing by it.
