* All aspects of the MSGED Mail editor are discussed here.

* This echo is MODERATED by the main MSGED developer - currently Andrew Clarke
  at 3:635/728.4{at}fidonet 

* The Moderator shall determine eligibility and topicality within the
  Conference.

* The Elisted (Un)Moderator does NOT moderate the echo, nor control the
  Moderator in any way.
