But what also happens to some people that are VERY oriented toward time
passage in their real-life day by day is that their bodies also 'train'
toward a heart beat 'standard' rate that is near perfect to sixty beats a
minute.  Back in the 1960's through 1970's when I was spending huge time
flying airplanes and flight instructing that focused on a half hour or
single hour event I noticed that even if I never looked at the clock on the
panel, I would almost always be spot on for the 'end of session' and got
curious as to why I was so spot on without ever looking at a clock or
listening to a time standards whatever.

AHA!  I discovered that my 'standard' heart beat rate was spot on near
perfect to a beat per second!  And .. to this day even now that I am headed
for 75 years old .. that beat rate is almost spot on to the exact same beat
per second that I never tried to 'learn' back then!  Although even in high
school I was privately studying to be a hypnosis expert which might also be
how my body 'trained' itself by 'self' hypnosis to do this without my ever
knowing it was happening!!
