Oh course rather than make conjecture you could visit the echolist web site
and see a link that allows you download ECHOMOD, a software package
specifically designed by the author of the ECHOBASE software to allow
moderators pf multiple echoes to make submissions of MOD UPD message and
rules submissions on an automatic basis.

You need to be able to run a DOS program to use it.

As far as the name of the rules files....wonder if you've thought of
changing the name of the files to aagree with what the robot produces ?

If you use the rulesin address, you will NOT receive a confirmation message.

I believe I suggested email since you complained about the phone answering,
which, as far as I can tell, has been rectified by the provider....when the
line is not available, you will get either a busy or a no answer.

As far as proper names...why not name the files the way the robot does?


It always amuzes me that out of the hundreds of moderators who make
submissions to the robot, few have problems, few get confused.
