Add it to the end of the com declaration, like this:

DEVICE=C:\SIO\SIO.SYS (COM1:38400,3F8,IRQ4,-)
(COM2:38400,INTERNET:2F8,NONE:3,-) (COM3:115200,INTERNET:3E8,NONE:4,-)
(COM4:115200,INTERNET:2E8,NONE:3,-)

That's from my own working CONFIG.SYS (and linewrapped for your pleasure).
