i understand that... i don't know if it is erroneous or not but my embedded
rules do not prefix each line with "RULEText" as that section
states...

yup... it may be something that the coder needs to implement, too... i'm
not aware of any way to tell the 'bot what to name the rules file that it
extracts from a message with the rules file embedded in it... file attaches
are another matter and they work... its just this "new" method
that doesn't seem to allow it...
