The specifics: you have to be connecting using mTel/Win32 to an Maximus/2
(OS/2-native) board to run into the problem that Shawn's fix provides.  If
you're using mTel/2, you won't have that problem or as in your case, a
DOS-based version of Max.

This is really OT, but maybe you could answer in netmail: is there any way
I can get Max to not add all of the SEEN-BYs in each message when viewed on
the BBS or viewed in a QWK packet?
