Personally, I think everyone should buy a copy of AS 3955-1991 and
have it on their desk.  It costs around $70-$100, which is not much
more than a book, and it is the DEFINITIVE reference.

That's the first I've heard of them.  I went and had a look, and
although there were some places where there was a bit of rubbish,
it was VERY MINOR.

Two places:

1. DRAFT_J.DOC in ANSI_C.ARJ (recommended)
2. PDPCLIB.

It is usual for everyone who does FREQing to have a copy of the 
nodelist.  My number hasn't changed in the nodelist for 2 years
or something.  That's why you normally just give out the address.
