AT> Greetings,
AT> I am in the proccess of writing a program that is to be kept
AT> on a Novell 3.12 50 user Network it is at the moment to be put in a
AT> read only directory which would make it impossible for the program to
AT> operate. The highly unexperienced Administratory is complaing that if
AT> he created a directory for this purpose that it would be missued by
AT> users is there anyway I can give the program read/write permision
AT> bypassing the Administratory?
You probably know the answer. No. If you admin doesn't want your program to
write to the directory, it will not be able to. Pure and simple.
