I'm hatching PQWK240.ZIP into the PDOMAIN TIC echo.  It fixes
a couple of bugs that I found, but are unlikely to affect
anyone using it for replying as a point.  It would actually
affect someone trying to do it the other way around, downloading
QWK packets and trying to use a PKT reader.  Also there were
some optimizations done, but they didn't have any real affect
on performance.  Brenton has been using this version for a few
