 Randy, I just helped a friend find her birth relative in FL.  She was
 adopted through the Children's Home too (in Jacksonville) and did not
 have to pay anything - ZERO - for her non-identifying info.  -?-
 You might check the city directory, starting quite a while before the
 birth.  Or the main city newspaper in Miami - from that date on for at
 least a month.  Just maybe there might be some reference.
 Have you and your friend thought about running a Personal ad in that
 city?  (Sex of baby, date of birth, possible name of birth mother)
 As I understand it, Florida adoption files are never opened without a
 medical reason.  I surely do hope I have helped in some way.  I'd love
