No, we haven't had any other reports like this.  In fact, many of our beta
testers (and several of us in-house) run TSE under DV all the time, with no
problems.
What version of DV are you using?
One thing you can try is to turn off the Extended kbd driver (in full
config, under keyboard/mouse options).
