   There is a address book button in Word.  Select Tools and then Envelopes. 
Its not on a toolbar but is a small button with the icon of a open book, just 
above the To/delivery address field in the Envelope box.  If you click on the 
down arrow I think it give you the choice of the address book or the Contacts 
address' from the Schedule prgm.
