I was VERY pleased, when marvel at LONG last, with Silver Surfer 47-48,
brought back Warlock! The first issue of the infinity gauntlet, drawn by
Perez, that brought him  back into the marvel universe, blew me away!
Then, marvel milked the storyline, to the VERY max! Infinity war
followed gauntlet, & cruesade followed that, along with dozens of  cross
over issues! Warlock got another chance at a series, that lasted 42
issues, then, got shipped off to the ultraverse to face ruin for a year
or so. Hes now back in the marvel universe, but you would'nt know it by
the lack of stories with him.You know, Jim Starlin, had a handle on this
character, & when he ceased writing him with issue 31 I believe,  the
handwriting was on the wall. The last few issues were greatly lacking, &
even re-reading the last Starlin issues, you could tell he was getting
tired of the character. It's a real shame that they go to all the effort
to revive him, just to let him rot.
