yeah, i see this now... funny how ADD is the command to add new entries to
the echomod util... i dunno... it's been a while since i added a new echo
anyway... i'd have to go back thru my archives and see what i sent... grep
would take a while going thru years of netmail archives...

yup... have another message headed your way... the main concern of all this
is to fix the incorrect rulesfile filenames recorded in the echobase
database... one was incorrect when i took over that echo (INTERNET) and
i've never been able to alter it and the others are not 8.3 format...
