That isn't the same as what Jews believe re being "Chosen."  A
racist believes people of other races are inferior.  A Jew believes
righteous people are righteous people, regardless of their religion (thus,
they don't have to be converted to Judaism to achieve eternal reward.)

Does a father think his eldest son is superior to his younger children when
he expects more responsibility from the oldest child, and assigns him more
difficult chores?  Does that mean he loves the eldest son more than his
other children?  No, it doesn't.

Because they've been persecuted everywhere else.  Why shouldn't Jews have a

People weren't kicked out - they chose to leave, at the bidding of their
Arab brethren, who promised to drive the Jews out of Israel (and failed,

purposes ever since, while Israel absorbed all the Jews that actually were
kicked out of Arab countries.  The Arabs who remained in Israel are
citizens, with representation in government, and more rights than citizens
in Arab states have.)
