Yeah,  I guess the 28xx series is pretty obsolete by now.   I bought
it in early '95...  Had just acquired a 4.3g barracuda drive,  and for
some strange reason the Always IN2000 controller I'd used for years just
didn't want to talk to it.  The 2842 worked great right from the start.
I'll have to check that link out - it might be worth the $30 to have a
spare controller handy.  ;-)
