FREQ ANSI_C.* from 3:711/934 for the draft standard (exactly the
same as the actual standard).  If you want an official printed copy
of the standard you need one of:

AS3955-1991 (Australian standard, same as ISO standard) - I have this!
ISO/IEC 9899:1990 (International standard, "same" as ANSI standard).
ANSI X3.159-1989 (American standard, SUPERCEDED by ISO standard).

All three are the same except for some minor section number changes.
You cannot buy the ANSI standard from ANSI, they will only sell you
the ISO standard.  BFN.  Paul.
