That isn't logical captain.
If they were to do that for everyone they could still be abusing their
dominant market position. 1 sale at a discount or all sales at a discount,
it is the discount & the reasons for it which is the problematic area.
E.g. take various south eastern countries & things like dumping of RAM
etc. That applies to all but dumping is much the same thing & applies
to all & is not well received.
