It is confusing, isn't it.

Unless your trying to set a VCR to record, the easier way is
to say "noon" or "midnight"

The time between noon and 1 pm should be stated as 00:00 to 01:00PM
But, digital clocks don't drop the 12:00 at noon time. Thus,
the time flows from 12:00 to 01:00

If you are running WIN, temporarily set your system to English
time and log onto Yahoo's TV Guide system.

To select a program time period you get a pull down menu that
runs 1AM, 2AM ... 11AM, *12PM*, 1PM ... 11PM, *12AM*, 1AM

I might be wrong, but I think right at 12AM is noon. And, your
system is far less confusing!

FWIW, if I tape a program starting at midnight, I set the
recorder start time for 11:59 PM such to be safe! I've
accidently recorded soap operas instead of the movie I wanted!
