i.e. imagine the real cost of both the linux & windows OS was the CD
(not true but imagine). Now imagine that the MS people can simply offer
support for their product cheaper because (a) it is cheaper to support
(fewer call & breakdowns) &/or (b) their support system is simply
more efficiently run than Suse.

Then no problem because in essence you are putting 2 support systems
against each other with some nearly free cd'es thrown in.

But that isn't the case here.
