Don't know the specific symptoms you're trying to address Sean, but if
you're getting "grunged date" errors in your Squish logs and the
msgs are being skipped over and not scanned out, look for something called
"echofixd" by William McBrine.

Since it works against the Squishbase itself, it corrects date problems in
door uploads from both Bluewave and Silver XPress here.  The only trick is
that the fix needs to be applied before running Squish.  Otherwise, the
highwater mark move past the problem message and it won't be scanned out
later, even after it has been repaired.
