I wasn't given my own position when I typed that. However I don't think we
have the ability to grasp objective reality, but only can muster a subjective
interpretation of it.
Our perceptions of reality are too fluid. Once it was considered impossible
for humans to fly - "God would have given us wings if we were meant to fly",
"it's impossible to go to the moon".
If our perceptions of what reality changes then it seems possible that
reality can not be defined objectively. What is possible at a certain time
perhaps may be defined.
